Chabad of Greater Dayton was founded in 1993 with the blessing and inspiration of the Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, זי׳׳ע, whose profound love for all mankind and global vision catapulted Chabad into an organization of over three thousand centers world-wide. We are dedicated to making the joy and beauty of our Jewish heritage accessible to every Jew.
Everyone who walks through our doors joins our staff and volunteers in making Chabad of Greater Dayton a place where all feel comfortable, welcomed and at home. Chabad’s stress on the acceptance of every Jew on his/her own level, regardless of background, affiliation, age or financial status, encourages everyone to feel a part of a community of learning and of growth, of caring and of purpose.
We believe that a Jew is a Jew is a Jew – no ifs, ands or buts. And by blending traditional values with modern day awareness, we have been successful in reaching and touching many people, helping them appreciate their roots, identify proudly and grow in their Judaism.
By participating in this Dinner celebrating Chabad’s twenty-five years, you join us as a partner in this milestone celebration, for your contribution and presence is a vital part of this holy work.
